50 Shades of Drinking

So, I've decided to read the book. I'm only about six pages or so in, but I think I have enough info to start a drinking game.

Take a drink whenever:

Someone says that Kate is tenacious.

Ana says either to herself or outloud that Christian Gray is arrogant.

Finish your drink if Ana refers to Christain Gray as a control-freak.

Whenever the author uses a cliche without any sense of irony.

Whenever someone or something talks in a stern voice.

Whenever someone or something talks in a nice voice.

Take a shot whenever someone raises an eyebrow. Take an additional shot if an adverb is used to describe how the eyebrow was raised.

Optional rule: Take a shot whenever Ana remarks how handsome Christian Grey is. After 6 pages, you'll be wasted.

Can I just drink myself into oblivion instead of having to read that crap?

You need an excuse to drink yourself into oblivion?

I can't remember the last time I had more than about 5 drinks in an evening, but then I don't really go out much.

So apparently yes, I need an excuse.

The last time I tried to read any of that tripe it drove me to drink, no games required. I think I would pass out during the preface if I tried to play this particular game.

I've got a better game:

Slap yourself really hard in the face anytime you think about reading the book.

Grab a good drink and play a fun game of Sentinels any day you don't slap yourself.
