Specifically, can I use Tachyon's innate "nimble strike" in combination with the Hypersonic assault?
If not, what are people who don't get the promo "sucker punch" supposed to do?
Yes, Nimble Strike is an Active Attack. An Active Attack is just any attack that the character has access to at the time.
