So I know about the delay because of a strike which slowed down getting the promo cards but since then I have heard nothing and ive found little on the forums as to what is going on. Could someone please enlightenme as to when I should expect my pre-order of Wrath to arrive or is everyone else in the dark just like me?
I don't think we have any news from GtG as to when shipping will commence.

Trust me, we're probably more excited about sending them out to people than people are to get them. There will be great joy and shouting when we finally can.
Well, the one up side to the shipping delays is now we get a "Union Strike" card. I wonder who will be on it.

It was a reference to when Infernal Relics was delayed thanks to a typhoon, then the next expansion contained a card named Typhoon.
I'm guessing there will be a card that delays processing, maybe a ban on playing one-shots.
Or maybe one that makes cards only take effect the turn after they were played or something ;).
I could see a future expansion stretch goal including a Fixer promo.

Wait...those it work on Target and Characters?
Characters are targets.
Not always.
Anything with HP is a target. Miss Information and Kaargra (at least their original sides) are Characters that aren’t targets. So it is more accurate to say attacks will work on all targets, given there is no immunity or prevention of attacks.
Have you noticed that the word attack is never actually used in the rules or the text of the cards?

Mr. Fixer, Union Master (28 HP)
Power: Shipping Strike - Move up to 1 non character card in play under Mr. Fixer, and as long as it is under this card is has no text. Return it to play at the start of your next turn. Mr. Fixer deals one target 1 meele damage.
I like that, but came up with the following earlier today:
Mr. Fixer, Radical Organizer (HP tbd)
Union Strike: Increase the next damage dealt by the Hero target of your choice by 1. Mr. Fixer deals one target 1 melee damage.
