Yep, sure can!
Sorry, couldn't resist.

For shame!
Dr. Medico: Clinical Consult
Select a target. The next time that target regains HP, increase the amount regained by 2.
Can't see Stuntman or Writhe. :B Surely they'll be changed before release though! (Poor pancakes.)
Huh. HP recovery for heroes is generally rare (well, later expansions have more), so I wonder if Medico has abilities to chain up with that power. Multiple powers and power uses per turn, perhaps.
On the other hand, doesn’t his name include “Malpractice?” I do not want a consult from him.
The promo is Malpractice.
I'm sensing a ton of teamups with The Scholar in the future.
Not so rare – the base game has Motivational Charge and Cleansing Downpour for powers, Fanatic has three cards that heal herself or others, and Ra has his staff.
It'll probably see the best use with The Scholar, though.
Sit still he said…it won't hurt a bit he said…

the dude
Hahahahaha
That's Adam, my dear friend of over two decades and the artist for all things Sentinel Comics.
And Adam does not neglect pancakes…
The start of Stuntman's card looks like: "Stuntman [something] a target 1 irreducible projectile damage." The first word of the fifth line looks like "Power".
The powers for Stuntman and Writhe are huuuuuuuuge. So much text.
And the name of Writhe's power appears to be three words. Three very long words.
Does it count as "HP recovery" for purposes of the card when Absolute Zero gets hit with cold damage, but that turns into healing points? Talk about tank potential, plus the ability for some really sneaky combos. Imagine this setup: Legacy is buffing all characters for +2 damage, AZ has both modules and Focused Apertures. Every turn, AZ can Thermal Shockwave, damaging three targets for 4 cold damage each, hitting himself for 14 fire (12 + 2 from Legacy), but does 17 cold damage to himself via Iso Tranducer (14 +2 from Legacy +1 from Focused Apertures.). Net result: 12 damage to opponents, +3 HP to AZ. (Add a Cryo Chamber, and this increases to +4)
After a few turns of this, AZ will probably be at full health. Now, he can Thermal Shockwave, doing 4 damage to three opponents, hit himself for 14, then use the Iso Transducer to bounce 17 cold damage back to a villain. End result, 21 pts damage to one villain, 4 pts damage to two other targets, -14 HP to AZ. You can save this until the last turn, or if it's a long slog of a game, simply start the cycle of healing over again.
So, here is what I was thinking when I made that comment about healing being rare:
Certain heroes, such as Absolute Zero, The Scholar, and Nightmist are generally good at healing themselves. They are not so good at, or are simply incapable of, healing others.
A few heroes like Tempest, the Argent Adept, Omnitron-X, and Legacy can heal others. However, that generally (a) requires drawing and playing certain cards, which might not even happen, and (b) comes in increments of 1-2 HP.
Overall, healing is much more rare than damage, such that heroes generally end games with much less than their max HP. (I think this is good; it puts pressure on the heroes to finish the game with what they have instead of spending all their time going for the most powerful setup every time.)
So, anyway, Medico’s power to increase the next amount of HP recovery by 2 seems like it only does about as much good as one of those standard 1-2 HP heals - EXCEPT that is is also contingent on having one of those instances occur separately. If Tempest never draws his Cleansing Downpour, then Medico’s power would be near useless in that game. So I figure Medico himself must have some additional powers/cards to chain up with his base, allowing him to boost his capability. Maybe he has multiple power uses, or maybe all his one-shots have a Chrono-Ranger-like “one target regains 1 HP” on them.
Clinical Consult seems like it'd be amazing paired with base Scholar.
We also don't know how much healing ability will be possessed by the other heroes being released alongside this version of Medico. We have plenty of new decks on their way, after all :D. But yeah, I was thinking that boosting the Scholar's healing would be pretty epic, especially if he's got a couple of copies of his Energy form out >:).
Medico might have something similar to Hippocratic Oath, which has him healing at the end of his turn.
Here's what I can make out:
Stuntman deals ? target ? irriducible projectile damage. Increase that damage by ? when this power is used outside…? (Your turn? Powers phase? Other?)
Where's CSI's image enhancement technology when you need it? :)
