So, I've had my RC/IR box set for about a month now, and I've noticed a very pronounced curvature developing in all of the new cards. It makes little actual difference, since new and old decks don't mix, but it bugs me. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a terribly easy fix for it? I know if I put in a little elbow grease bending the cards back, or pressed them flat under heavy books over a series of weeks, it would correct the problem, but I'm hoping for a less labor-intensive solution.
Hmm, maybe it's a new printing process? Do you riffle shuffle? If so, I typically will turn over my decks (of any sort) when shuffling, just to avoid this asymmetric bending.
Generally not. I suppose I could try it, but they bend along the opposite axis from how it's usually done, so it'd be awkward and unlikely to help much.
