Disrupt the field vs Chemical Explosion

So, in my game today playing Akash'Bhuta in the Pike Industrial Complex, Disrupt the field was drawn from the Villain deck.

Disrupt the field

Destroy All Environment cards.

Play the top card of the Villain deck.

Play the top card of the Environment deck.

Chemical Explosion was the Environment card that was drawn.

Chemical Explosion

Destroy All Vat Cards

Deal each target X toxic damage . . . 

At the End of the Environment turn, destroy this card.

So, it did it's thing but hung around because it wasn't the End of the Environment turn.  When it came around to the Environment turn, a Vat card was drawn.  Does this Vat card being drawn activate Chemical Explosion again?  Is the Vat card destroyed?  Does everyone take damage again?

Chemical Explosion should have the text "When this card enters play", but it appears to of been left off. So any Vats put into play will not trigger Chemical Explosion.
