I just got myself a copy of my sentinel of multiverse (yay)
After playing a while i have a question
If a card effect is to play some card from trash bin at the end of turn and that played card has end of turn effect, does the end of effect of that played card trigger at that turn (example : rise with the dawn revived citizen tears from trash bin)
Yep - when the villain or environment plays a card like an ongoing or a target which stays in play (ie it's not a one-shot which activates immediately), it goes at the end of the line of cards currently already in play. These then activate in order during the appropriate phases (start/end of turn). So to take your Citizen Dawn example, at the end of her turn Return with the Dawn brings back a Citizen from the trash, who goes at the end of the line of cards Dawn currently had in play. If this returned Citizen is one who has an End phase action (all of them except for Anvil, Truth, and Dare, I think) then they'll perform that action after any other cards have done so. That's why you need to make sure all villain and environment cards stay in order when you put them out.
Doesn't matter so much for hero cards since not many of them activate in specific phases - Omni-10 is the main one who needs to worry about it since all his components go off in his Start phase. Some other heroes have cards which are destroyed at the start of their turn, and Unity's bots all (except for Bee Bot) act at either the start of end of her turn.
Note also that there are a few villains who have Start phase actions on both sides of their character card, so if they flip during their Start phase (because their flip conditions have been met - examples are Dawn and Rat) and have a Start action on their flipped side, it's still their Start phase so they'll perform those actions. So you can get Dawn to flip and then immediately flip back provided there are enough Citizens in play (she counts as one herself, don't forget :)) when she does so :).
I find it's better to keep everything in order even if you don't think it's necessary. Best to get into the habit of it, because sometimes order is very important and it's a real pain if you've forgotten about it and then can't remember what came out first.
I only keep (hero) stuff in played order if it has a triggered phase in which it does its stuff - otherwise I tend to put my played cards in a preferred order so I can see what's what more easily. Otherwise I'd get rather confused and end up missing stuff, especially if playing someone like the Adept (which happens quite often ;)) - in his case I tend to have all the instruments in roughly the same order and then have Harmonies, then Melodies, then Rhythms (though the songs themselves within those groups aren't in any particular order).
I was still waiting for another expansion come to my house
and yea looks like i need to order them when i played the card for environment and villain so i can remember correctly which one trigger first
and if remember correctly voss alternate vicory condition trigger frist right before forced deployment destroyed ? so i still have 1 round to destroy them all
Yeah, with any villain you check their character card first (because it was in play first) - Voss's character card is in play before anything else he will play during the game, therefore you'll check it for his win condition before any copies of Forced Deployment currently in play.
