I saw in another post that there's a way to get a log of your game to see what happened during it. How does one do that? I'm reasonably certain I should have unlocked Freedom Six AZ in my last game but it didn't happen.
Provided you're on Steam (as you can't access the files on iOS, etc., I'm guessing), check the following location (subbing in your username):
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Handelabra Games Inc_\Sentinels
There should be a log.txt, which is your most recent game, and usually a log-copy.txt, which will be the one before the most recent.

The four Equipment cards are:
- Cryo Chamber
- Focused Apertures
- Isothermic Transducers
- Null-Point Calibration Unit
