Halloween shenanigans

I’m just winding down from the first of two skits my roommate and I are doing here at our college. For Halloween, we made four Mortal Kombat costumes, all from scratch, by ourselves. We made four of the ninjas; I’m Reptile, my roommate is Sub-Zero, and Scorpion and Ermac are two of our other friends. We decided to put on a skit for some of our classes. We’re more or less doing the same skit twice; but it basically comes down to me running into a classroom while my roommate is in the middle of class, we are both wearing our full costumes, and I challenge him/Sub Zero to Mortal Kombat. We have a little dialogue, and we both run out of the room. It went pretty well.

So, I just wanted to know if anyone else had any stories of things they’ve done as pranks on Halloween. We’re doing this skit one more time, and hopefully on video this time as well. I’ll post it once it’s done.

No pranks, but I did make a costume. I went as the 11th Doctor, complete with fez, bow-tie, and Rubik’s Cube. A surprising number of people recognized me, and two stopped me to take my picture, so that was fun. Pics soon.

I took my nephew trick or treating last night (he’s three so this was his first actual ToT experience) - he walked straight into my neighbors house and up to the couch before we grabbed him, luckily my neighbors like me and thought it was cute.

Heh, reminds me of my son’s first ToT experience last year. I coached him about what to do when they answered the door telling him that he was supposed to say “Trick or Treat” then they would put some candy in his bag. When the time came he froze and I prodded him a little by asking if he remembered what to say. He responded by holding up his bag and saying “Put it in the bag”.
