Heroes of the Legacy of Destruction Timeline

Today's adventures in "I can't believe we're dating in this universe".

And bringing up Vogel's baton (along with the questions of how it'd function and be an instrument of good influence there), also points out that Biomancer would be a good guy in this universe…

I think I can do this...

In ancient Thebes, an unknown alchemist made a last desperate attempt to save his ill daughter from death. Constructing a skeleton of pewter and wood, he used all the knowledge he had to try and shape her flesh onto the skeleton. While the creature was animated, it wasn't the same thing. It was nothing more than a facsimile of the girl he loved. In a fit of anguish, he took his own life; this came with an unexpected consequence. The residual energy of the earlier transfer molded his form onto an earlier skeleton he had created, reviving him as a homunculus.

Unable to die in this new form, the alchemist took to wandering the earth. His creations may not have been perfectly lifelike, but he nevertheless found joy in using them to provide closure to those who needed one final conversation with a deceased loved one. It wasn't until the advent of the Legacy of Destruction that he found his true calling: he could construct facsimiles on the Fearsome Five that now terrorised the earth, and use them to dismantle the group from the inside.

Thus was born the Rearranger. With over two thousand years of magical knowledge, and a small squadron of homunculi, he may very well be the hero most suited to disrupting the villains' stranglehold over the world, and allowing other, more powerful heroes to step up to the plate.
