So the Card says "Whenever a sentinel deals damage for the first time in a turn, get a free power use" Does this apply for all the sentinels or does it only activate once?
Like if I play Horrifying Dichotomy and have both Dr.Medico and Writhe damage people, do I now get two free power uses?
Wait, is that the actual wording? I thought I was “the first time one if the sentinels deals damage each turn.” If it IS your wording, then yes, you would get 2 extra powers. If not, then you only get 1 extra power.
I'm pretty sure it's "the first time", otherwise you'd be able to chain from a one-shot nuke into the Idealist into someone else and still have your Power phase, something I've never seen happen ;).
