It appears that there is a typo on page 5. It should be non-villain target in the second example.

Oddly, the print version of this has two weird errors concerning the bio box for The Ennead. 1) It's printed twice (page 6 and page 8), and 2) both times the heading says "The Operative". Looks like somebody got a little careless with reusing the Rook City template, no?
