Known Scion List and Speculation: Who is the last Scion?

By my count, 129 cards had their artwork changed. Plus all the environment cards got art, where they had no unique art before.

Most of the changes were subtle improvements, but some were entirely new drawings.

Didn't y'all see Dogma?

The last Scion is Bethany.

Might be a very early iteration on the villain we now know as Equity. That's my guess.

The wiki has a really neat page that attempts to list all the art references.  It would be pretty neat if we could get first edition artwork references in there, too, if there are any unique ones.

That green guy actually does bear a passing resemblance to a character that appears in other artwork (e.g. Lightspeed Barrage).  The shirt is a different design, the eyes glow a different color, and the face is different, but they're both green brutes in tanktops with glowing eyes. Might be very early art of the same character–Adam's designs have changed over time.

The figure in Lightspeed Barrage is a Biomancer Homuculus.  The card in Biomancer's deck even references the same Lightspeed # 8 issue that Lightspeed Barrage has.

Good catch!  I haven't played Villains hardly at all so far.  I'll update the wiki.

You think that's the same thing in Demoralizing Presence?  I had thought it was, but the face looks more like that Inventory Barrage guy, and I wouldn't think Homunculi lived very long.

Demoralizing Presense from the Iron Legacy deck looks like it has Haka, Osiris of the Ennead, and Radioactivist in it.

Thanks!  Couldn't make out the ankh on his chest, but you're absolutely right.

I'm pretty sure Impale is another card whose art changed from First Edition to Enhanced.

I still have it in my mind that the last Scion has to be Voss, but any other suggestions can still sway me if they are convincing enough.

Are we sure it is a figure we know? I know Christopher said it was half and half known and not known, but which side of that are we counting Voidsoul in?

I'm guessing the last scion is Christopher.  He is responsible for bringing OblivAeon into the multiverse, after all.

Christopher is a much bigger threat than a Scion or OblivAeon himself.   He put OblivAeon there.

If he wanted to, Christopher can cause OblivAeon to die of dysentery.

I think the last scion is the response to a phenomenal pun!

Get it?

*Sigh on*

Well, maybe a lackluster pun, but a pun nonetheless.

Just to get it down in writing, Voidsoul was very clearly named as a Scion in the F.I.L.T.E.R. episode of the Letters Page podcast yesterday.  Apparently it was talking to Felix Stone, though, so I'm no longer sure it's the same entity that's bound to Writhe's cloak (unless that's just a "piece" of it).

Updated, and yeah it is weird what the deal with Voidsoul is. I'm hoping that will eventually get revealed in either the voidsoul official reveal or an eventual letters page episode.

Alright, I just need official confirmation on Progeny's confirmation as a Scion (Just for the record) and we still need to figure out that last Scion.

We have an image of Progeny in this update https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gtgames/sentinels-of-the-multiverse-oblivaeon/posts/1496315

Voidsoul's art was apparently revealed on Twitch several months ago.  Thanks to WalkingTarget on Reddit, screenshot attached.

Woohoo forum issues with images.  I must be hitting the wrong server.
