Nope. Because I'm going to start recommending people call their FLGS to see. :-) That was the recommendation in my original post, so that people could get their FLGS involved or set something up.

yes but some of us have FLGS that decided that magic the gathering was more important than board games so they told us to go somewhere else

I asked Games Unlimited in squirrel hill about it on their facebook page, their only response was “I believe so.”
Edit: They uploaded a video on facebook showing all the promos they had for Tabletop day, and he shows the ones from greater than games. So games unlimited will have them.
And of course promos from wotc that i missed. Now I get to miss them again unless someone gets an extra set I might be able to get from them.
