Miss Information flips

quick question: when Miss Information flips at the start of the villain turn, after that does she immediately destroy a clue card, or does she do that on the start of the next turn?

I know the 'start' of the turn does not conclude until all cards that say 'start of the villain turn' are completed but does the particular action of Miss Information destroying a clue card happen right away? it seems it would be 'better' for her if it did not do so immediately, depending on the Clues in play.

Yes, her flip will be the first thing to resolve in the start of villain turn, and then her start of turn action on the reverse side will be the next thing to resolve.

There is a ruling precedence with Citizen Dawn that when a character card flips itself, an effect on the reverse side which resolves in the same phase will then resolve immediately.

I'd also say yes, because Kismet has a start-of-turn flip and a start-of-turn action which specifies that it does not activate on the turn she flips. Such a clause implies that if it wasn't there then the action would happen immediately.

So when Citizen Dawn flips, unless you are playing with 5 players, she flips right back? Wouldn't Omnitron just keep flipping back and forth and never let anything else happen if you activated the Start of Turn effect every time it flips?

No he will not as its card reads he only flips once per villian turn.

Why would Dawn flip back? She flips to Empowered by the sun when there are X citizens in trash and flips back when theyre are Y in play. It is entirely possible she will flip straight back, but it's by no means guaranteed.

It's been a while since one of those showed up, and they're always especially out of place on this forum.
