PW Captain Cosmic makes Kaargra Warfng less of a challenge. As the Constructs aren't destroyed, the Bloodsworn don't gain favour from them. Same with SkinWalker Gloomy and his heal whe destroy stuff.
F6 Tempest can use his power to slow sown La Capitan by destroying his cards out from under her, and gains more benefit from Localised Hurricane as he gets three cards rather thn nothing when he destroys it. Grnted, I still find him weaker than Regular Tempest.
