If this card gets discarded before it expires do the effects still linger or do they go away?
I’d personally say it lingers, because it specifically says “until the start of your next turn”, but I’d agree that it’s debatable.
No, the effect stays. The power resolves as soon as you use it, and its effect lasts until the start of your next turn, regardless of whether or not the card is still out.
