Omnitron IV + Wager Master + Absolute Zero: Turn order

Though I don't ahve the cards in front of me now, I've just heard what they do, has anyone tried a game with "Overcharged Systems" (from Omnitron IV deck) + "Break the Rules" ( from Wager Master + Sub-Zero Atmosphere (from Absolute Zero's deck) are in play?

Especially depending on the order. This looks like something that can be a hell of a time!

It would be a very weird game, but wouldn't be too hard to deal with in terms of rules interpretations, as none of those cards interact with each other.  Overcharged Systems only effects Environment turns, Break the Rules only effects Hero turns, and Sub-Zero Atmosphere ony affects Villain turns.
