Ordering issue

Hi

Am i having some trouble with the store and ordering and no has replied to my email i sent to gtg and i figured this would be the place to ask. I recently recieved sentinels of the multiverse and loved it so much i decided to buy the mini-expansions and the new shattered timeline expansion off the store. When i placed the order i recieved an email saying i bought want i bought.

However when i go to the order section of my account it says for the same order that i bought rook city and infernal relics which i already own. Can someone clarify just what is going on here.

Note: there is this error "Notice: Undefined index: count in menu_primary_local_tasks() (line 2221 of /var/www/greaterthangames.com/htdocs/includes/menu.inc). "above in my ordering page if that helps anything

unlikely any of us will be able to answer that. However shattered Timelines is being shipped out so the guys at >g are knee deep in shipping supplies and half packed boxes. they still have id wager around 1000 or so to ship. Soon as they get through that they’ll be sure to respond to your email before they ship your order (given they can’t even ship it till they’re done with the Kickstarter orders for shattered Timelines!)

Thats what i figured its just that for some reason my order is shown as infernal relics and rook city. Which i assume they have in stock. thats why i'm worried

dont be! Since the >G guys do the shipping and packing themselves, and they check their emails and this forum regularly, you'll be certain to be noticed - and if your not and they send you the wrong things, they are really good at taking care of it.

Yeah, if this situation gets to the point where you've actually received and been charged for the wrong thing and the >G folks are not responsive, I'll be shocked.

If you sent me an email, I am sure that I have it starred in my inbox waiting to be responded to :). If I don't respond to you by 5pm CDT today, send me another!
