Oversized Villain Card issues

We recently played a game against the Matriarch using the oversized villain card.  Only after the fact did we discover that the oversized card is not up to date (it lacks the chaining of fowl cards and the fowl cards no longer have that rule on them, so she was often just playing a single fowl card a turn).

As I understand it, the general method is to always go with the text on the little card if there is any disagreement.  This works fine for me in almost every case.  However, for Mad Bomber Baron Blade and Robotics Factory Omitron, we only own the oversized cards and do not have the little cards to compare to.  Are those oversized villain cards correct or do we need to acquire the little villain card versions to play against them?

Also, are there any other problems with using oversized cards with which I should be aware (other than always checking the little villain card first)?

I'm sorry if this has already been addressed osmewhere on the forums, but I wasn't able to find an answer anywhere.

The only Oversized cards that are incorrect are The Dreamer, La Capitan, The Matriarch, and Spite. The Operative's oversized doesn't match the small one either, but the small one targets a "hero", while the larger targets a "hero target", with the change to hero targets for a lot of cards, they may have just missed it on her small card.

Thank you.  I'm glad to hear it as I love using the oversized cards.

They are just perfect.

Matriarch's Oversize card isn't quite up to date yet, because Rook City was recently reprinted, thus Errata was added in. Oversized Villain cards won't be updated until the expansion after Vengeance is released.
