The Upgrades are now in the web store for anyone who missed them 
I have a question about the upgrade kit. Does it include new copies of cards that have changed since the original edition either due to typos, errata, or new game mechanics? E.g. the “Wrest the Mind” correction or the (H) mechanics for the original four villains.
I want to upgrade to the EE, but if the upgrade kit isn’t going to provide the full experience, then I think I’d probably rather buy the full upgrade and find a new home for my original copy.
I’m 99% sure the upgrade kit doesn’t include new cards – the newer cards are a different stock, so wouldn’t mix particularly well with the older cards.
