Pre-Orders Shipped?

Got mine today in NJ, and yesterday my buddy got his also in NJ.

Mine in the Bay Area has mercifully finally arrived today.  The Space Shuttle flew almost directly over my company's building this morning, and then my long-awaited SotM shipment arrived at home.  Coincidence?  I think not.

Glad to hear >G went all out.

Hey I got a question. So in the ordersection, if it says payment received for, does that mean yall received the payment but hasn't shipped the package yet or under status, it's just about the payment and doesn't say if you guys shipped it or not? Thanks!

Yes, that is what it means! You should get a FedEx tracking number if you ordered via our Store once your order ships.

Sorry. I'm not sure why I am not understading what you are saying. So you mean yes as in... If you guys ship the package, tracking number pops up in the order sectoin under my account? and my status changes to "shipped"? Sorry about bunch of questions. I am just worried about whether my order actually went through or not since when I go to view order by the order number, it has the red X box on top saying bunch of error stuff.

UPDATES: I did the kickstarter event, and live in Canada. I got the tarcking number last week (21st) and it was picked up today. It originally said September 26th, delivery date, but the FedEx truck has now decided to give it to me September 27th....

P.S. You don't have to reply right away but it would be nice if I could know that you have received my mail. For some reason I have sent couple e-mails and message through contact us, I haven't received any notice so I am kinda worried about you guys not getting my e-mails. I know you guys are busy and I am not trying to rush you guys. Just wanted to check :)

This is more a query for the community at large than for the Greater Than crew in specific...is anyone else having weirdness with their tracking information not updating?

I preordered the Unity and Ambuscade decks in one order, and Infernal Relics/Enhanced Edition in another order, both from the GTG store. The tracking number for the Unity/Ambuscade order has said the decks are in Salt Lake City for several days, with an expected delivery of tomorrow; the tracking number for the boxes has never updated with a location, it just says that the tracking information was given to FedEx.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is this common with FedEx? I've got a board game party on Saturday that I am really hoping to play Sentinels at, so please pardon if I am a little jumpy. :)

It looks like yes, for me its also not updating.

When I got my tracking number it tookj ~24 hours to have the status changed from "item information sent" to "item picked up". AFter that, the delivery date chaged twice. be patient, it's tricky, but it will update!

I have received my order! Everything looks to be there. They didn't give me a notice at my apartment office that it arrived and I had to go into the delivery room just now and look for it myself, so who knows how long it's been sitting there @_@ And of course I have somewhere that I need to go right now. I guess saving the world will have to wait! :P

Sounds like weird information about delivery status is the order of the day. Neither of my orders has updated in something on the order of 96 hours. In the words of Hank Venture, IT'TH MADDENING.

The Unity/Ambuscade order is in San Jose, CA and coming to my door today if all goes well. The Infernal Relics/Enhanced Edition order...still has never updated with shipping information. At this stage I'm wondering if it all got packaged together and the fact it was two orders caused an extra tracking number to be generated...mysterious...

They did get packed together (if I recall correctly) but they should have gone on the same tracking number, so that's odd. Let me know if they don't all arrive today.
