If something destroys this card is it considered reduced to 0 or fewer HP and everyone dies or is it just put into the discard and the game continues?
I noticed in the rules it says when something is reduced to 0 HP it is considered destroyed but nothing about the other way around.
You only lose if it goes to 0 hitpoints. If it's destroyed through a Grappling Hook, RPG Launcher, Flash Flood, Devastating Aurora, Terraforming, Mynd-Phyre, etc. you don't lose.
One of the playtesters has pointed out that Mynd-Phyre in particular is pretty much the reason for the change (and other similar effects to a lesser extent).
Yeah. It used to be "reduced to 0 hp or otherwise destroyed," which made the whole environment basically unplayable.

We need to get a better Search function, yes…but I doubt anything will prevent rank newbies from showing up and never once considering that anyone would object to them making a new thread for their question. The only way thread proliferation on forums can be avoided is through merging or deletion by the moderators. Even if the community has strictly enforced rules on the behavior of long-time members, it's functionally impossible to force everyone who joins to know and understand these rules before clicking "I Agree" (you'd have to make them do like a test or captcha of the forum rules to prove that they actually read these, and at that point you're making joining the forum so difficult that few people would bother anymore, which is a lot worse for the community than just tolerating a few duplicate threads).
It would also have helped if that original post actually had the card name (Propulsion System) somewhere in it to be found in a search... 
Well, I called my thread that because I know there were still people at the time who didn't want to know stuff about Vengeance cards, so didn't want to make it too specific.

Thanks for the help all, I didn't think it would work like that but I just wanted confirmation.
Yeah it would be nice for there to be keywords or something similar for the search to find, as it doesn't just help the "rank newbies" it helps everyone find what they need when they need it. (unless you enjoy sifting through 37+ pages)
