question re Traffic Jam

Hi, I’m a a Noob who just picked this game up at Gen-Con. My gf and I have been playing it since we got home :slight_smile: I jsut had one quick question. In the Metropolis, Environment cards, there is a card called “Traffic Pileup” I just wanted to clarify, is the little blue 10 at teh upper left hand corner how many rounds the card stays in play, or is it some form of HP’s.

The “10” in the corner the card is Hit Points. In fact, any number in the upper right hand corner of a card is always hit points. In the case of traffic pileup, the heroes have to destroy the wreckage of all of those cars before they can effectively reach the villain. Once “Traffic Pileup” is reduced to 0 HP, it is destroyed.
