When I got my copy of Shattered Timelines, I was annoyed to note that one of Chrono Ranger's cards has a marked back - large white chunks missing from the black border, and some damage to the ST logo. I went to the webstore and found a section listed "Replacements", hoping that I could pay a dollar or so and get a new copy of that one card; they could just stick it in an envelope and mail it to me, so I wouldn't have to pay the shipping cost for a whole box. However, while the links on the side show "Replacements (7)", clicking on that link doesn't actually reveal anything. Is this functionality currently disabled or something?
If the card came that way, email GtG, and they will send a replacement.

Replacements have been temporarily removed from the website due to sneaky people trying to buy Rook City and Infernal Relics by the individual replacement deck :P
