Any replacement deck from the store should be updated to the newest version right? Thinking about ordering the environment decks from the original release to update them. As the ones I have don’t have the same layout as the PDF updates gave(Mine have no picture, just writing in the middle of the card, the PDF’s follow the newer format of picture and text below it), just wanted to make sure they would be updated before I order.

Until the older stuff runs out (and all that's left, as I understand it, is a small pile of scratch & dent boxes), you probably have the options of asking for new/old decks/cards.
When you order new decks/cards from the online store, they will be Enhanced Edition cards going forward. If anyone really wants replacement original edition cards, they can put in an order and then send me an email and we can probably work it out, though we don't have very many of those left.
