Replacements received for wrongly cut Ra, Tachyon, Tempest cards

I received my replacement cards yesterday (in an envelope with comic-book-font address labels!) and just wanted to thank >G for their wonderful, super-efficient customer service. The wrongly cut cards weren't even that big a deal to me, but all it took was one email and within no time they were waiting for me in my mailbox. I can't express my appreciation for such service, especially considering you're just three dudes.

Any chance you guys can get the health insurance industry to apply your customer service model or mindset? You could always send Haka over to help them see things your way ...
