Self-Destruct Sequence vs Terraforming

I was playing against Omnitron at the Mars Wagner Base.  Self-Destruct Sequence was in play with 4 cards in the count down pile.  Omnitron's card Terraforming was drawn. (Destroy all environment cards.  Play as many villain cards as environment cards destroyed by this card.)

 

So, do the cards in the countdown pile count towards environment cards destroyed?  Do I draw 1 Villain card or do I draw 5 Villain cards?
