I was just playing with Ronway when he had to go away to make lunch for his son (we did not get offered any) and he had to use the AFK function. I had a stupid thought and wondered if others had similar silly thoughts for idea that Handelabra could but should not implement.
When Ronway uses the AFK function his name should change to Ronaway.

honestly I wish they would add in a function to switch to that when someone hasnt been active in a while and we can keep playing instead of waiting for them to come back from watching tv and realize its their turn
They do. If someone is gone for too long they automatically get put as AFK and other players can choose for them.

But that's completely independent of if he's active or not.
