Will Overdrive be useless when using his alt? I mean, Mister Fixer is often complained about as being one of the less useful heroes, and Overdrive is arguably one of his best cards. Can Bitter Strike be used twice with Overdrive?
On the other hand, Expatriette looks like she's going to get a major boost from Aim... Using it alongside Unload or Assault Rifle seems like it could be really useful, especially with characters like Arget Adept or WW2 Legacy to give her extra powers.
Don't forget Hairtrigger Reflexes, and since it expires at the end of your next turn you can use it, then next turn use a power and still have it.
Or, with Unload, use it twice for a +2 boost.
I honestly hadn't thought of that. Putting down ammo then aim, next turn unload. Dang. DW Expat and Fixer are really upping the damage, and they were already two of my favorite heroes.

I'm seeing a turn where Expat plays an ammo card, then Aims, knowing she has unload for next turn, then Greatest Legacy throws another power her way, and Adept goes crazy giving her more card plays for ammo or to finish out her Arsenal, and a power use (or two depending on how many cards are there to play), then on Expat's turn she unloads with multiple ammo in play and a +4 to damage dealt. The absurd amounts of damage she is capable of now. . .
I understand why they aren't popular, but I find them to be two of the most reliable heroes, and often Expat carries a team through the first few rounds when others are trying to set up still. Fixer I just love. So much he can do to set up his team to crush a villain. I love support characters, and the more subtle the better. Fixer is a melee support, which is something I love. (I once RP'd a Warrior who specialized in disarming, tripping and grappling. He did almost no damage, but was amazing)
I'm just drooling over the idea of that Expatriette combo with Speed Loading in play. That lowly Submachine gun could really mow through some people!
