I dunno, for some reason I thought Visionary with the cape. after all except for Legacy she is the only hero to wear a cape and Paul is already in the picture.

Wrong colour for the Wraith and Argent Adept, if it is tactics then it's possible it's an older Idealist as well but I'm more inclined to think a Wrath release date teaser.

Same here, my original guess was tactics Ra but that wouldn’t mesh with old Expat and Legacy. And that’s not his outfit anyway.
Anyway my hope is that we’re finally getting the letters page.
As much as I'm interested in the letters page thing, all this teasing for a thing we already know about would be a real letdown.

its not a blue cape. It's Spite's coat/hoodie. He's not flying, Legacy is hoisting him in the air.
The brown pants with blue "cape" is Spite. That "cape" is part of his coat.
Urgh, wool is itchy anyway, and my skin is sensitive to lanolin. Stupid itchy sheep.

I'm guessing it's the Rook City expansion for the video game if it has Expatriate and Spite in the picture. Wasn't Spite killed?

Those legs don't look like Spite's legs to me. Doesn't it look like someone is flying deliberately, rather than being held in the air?
What I find interesting, is that just before the images started appearing, the cover image changed. To the art from the Enhanced Edition box.
It's probably not it, but it would be very cool if they were announcing plans to rerelease with new art.
EDIT: And even if it's not, look at the difference between the two Legacy drawings (the hinting one, and the cover). Adam's art has gotten so good!
