So a lot of people were talking about stuff on tactics cards that I just never remembered seeing. I obviously wasn't paying attention to my tactics stuff so I went back through and gathered what new intel I could. A few things I saw, some may already be known:
Zhu Long does turn into a dragon. Absolute Zeroes Coolant blast shows him mid-transformation and has some flavor text from a one-shot comic called "Return of the Dragon"
Decoy Projection shows a Filter agent trying to roast Visionary (but it isn't really her you simple minded agent)
Wrest the Mind has High Mind (Parse mini-nemises) and a guy with a goo gun and floating orbs. Reminds me of the guy on Writhe's blackout card.
Twist the Ether takes place in Omnitron 4
Foresight shows the Seer, possibly being life drained by a shadowy figure wth purple fire energy.
Visionary using Demoralize on average citizens protesting the heroes (worht mentioning towards visionary's personality)
External Combustion Bunker vs Fright Train
Artillery Mode: Akash'bhuta with crazy purple crystal growths. Looks like AA and Beacon are fighting her, so AA has not turned evil and been shunned by the heroes I'd imagine (theory that Prime Wardens team up with big bad as it may be an agent of order)
Turret Mode: Odd environment. Greek architecture and floating islands. Possibly atlantis or the place seen on PW Fanatic
Lady Legacy is saving on Heroic Interception looks an awful lot like Miss Information
Surge of Strength: Legacy is fighting a robo-legacy, possibly one that had been designed to look exactly like him. Very interesting.
Drawn to the Flame: Looks like Ra is attacking the Crackjaw crew (can see green plant guy easily and there is what looks to be a lady with a yellow and red suit almost off panel)
Flame Spike: We see Fanatic (and it's really cool, she's got glyphs on her arm) Her and Ra are fighting strange red zombie things, could be a new enemy but their three yellow lines instead of eyes make me think of those red and yellow armored guys weve seen a lot. Possibly they all belong to biomancer.
Living Pyre: Ra fighting someone who might be Anubis(from the flavor text), but looks very very different
Solar Flare: Unknown Bearded guy, flavor text references citizens of the sun... Could also be Blake Washington and this is where the new ra is born
Sucker Punch: Someone that looks like Spite, but probably isn't (just too different) lends credence to the five new beings in broken city being based off of spite's drugs
Hypersonic assault: we see a cold lady (winter coat and freeze guns) the mirror lady, and Biomancer, with an unkown figure being blasted by Tachyon
Adhesive Foam Pellets: Wraith fighting a green giant (hulk pastiche? Same guy from Lighspeed Barrage?)
Combat Stance: Wraith fighting Equity, who looks quite different and was attacking her with a knife (possibly he's an assassin character)
Magma guy appears again in Stun Bolt. also Flavor text has wraith punning and blaming Ryan Frost for being a bad influence
Piercing Eyebeams: Beacon Blasting Wager Master
Head On Collision: Beacon fighting or Sabretooth guy. Calls him "Mr. Growls and Bites"
Focused Blast: Beacon Fighting some sort of Rock beast with Spikes. No idea who it might be
Defensive Sacrfice: Proloteriat being blasted by someone with crazy green energy. Hard to make them out, but background is flying to pieces. Possibly Infinitor?
Undivided Attention: Operative is fighting Citizen Slash it looks like. In a graveyard, lots of blood
Return with the Dawn Shows dawn at the grave of Citizen Pa... who I don't think we've ever seen
Devastating Aura shows Expat and 3 unidentified flying people
Rocket Jump shows two indistinct figures. One with Capt. Cosmics's energy helix. Other might be a woman
