Currently doesn't seem to be WAI.

During the Power phase, tap the character and the green box comes up. Tap that to us it and the next thing that happens is she is drawing a card. The box to choose which deck to check the bottom 2 cards doesn't even come up.

Which platform are you playing on?   I'm not seeing any issue on iPad
