It's clear that the Freedom Five's headquarters is Freedom Tower.
From the ARG, we now know that the Prime Wardens headquarters is in Atlantis (their comic cover referred to their Atlantean hideout).
What about Dark Watch? Is their an official canon answer? If not, how do you envision the Dark Watch headquarters?

I would hope it is a broken clock tower.
Mr. Fixer's garage, maybe.
The broken clock tower above Slim’s garage.
I imagine Slim would quickly make it a functioning clocktower.

Maybe on the second hand of the clocktower in a pocket universe created by Nightmist!
Slim repairs the broken clock tower constantly... but you know, there are always Setbacks...

And seriously, how many times do you think Expatriette's stash of ammo and explosives have gone up in smoke?
Or magic spells gone awry? Especially since we have Nightmist trying to teach the former Matriarch
Wait, didn't they mention some kind of sanctum or location for Nightmist during the ARG?
Are there Gargoyles on this clock tower?

Certainly not a sanctum sanctorum.
They have two HQs. One where they hang out with Setback, and one where they keep all the breakable stuff.
That was the decoy stash. There are many more scattered in boltholes throughout the city.
As for HQ's, I always saw the Prime Wardens as a really low-tech group. Like meeting in the garage itself, or Faye's private eye office, or in someone's living room.
