I thought in the original kickstarter, it was indicated that people that had the base game would be able to (aside from the kickstarter itself) be able to buy "upgrade packs" that would include the new box, tokens, and dividers, but I don't see them available in the store. Does anyone know if these can be purchased somewhere?

It was available under "Accessories", but is no longer there. No idea why, though - sorry!
I believe it was mentioned in a thread over on BGG that they're sold out, but I think they were planning on having more at some point. Let me see if I can find the thread...

We are sold out, and it is unlikely that we will have any more in the future.
Honestly it is worth passing a hat around and have your gaming buddies throw in a few bucks for an enhanced edition... the box is nice, tokens are useful and dividers help organize... but then you might want enviroment cards with art, villain decks with H balancing, and updates (both rules and visuals) on every hero.
