Huh, that's a little disappointing. I was hoping The Operative would be a 3 or 4 star, but I'll always take some easier difficulty Vengeance villains since I've always found V5 to be really hard.
What makes these two so easy, assuming you've played with them?
The Operative is mostly dealing damage and has no way to protect herself from damage. Of the three targets in her deck, only one of them actually does damage. This means if you stop The Operative from dealing damage then she will not be doing much.
Miss Information is hard to say, as I don't have much experience with it. Though she does have several cards that not only hurt heroes, but can also help. Such as Judge Mental increases all Psychic damage by 2, so if you have a hero that is dealing Psychic damage then it will be pretty handy. Unless The Sentinels are in play, which Judge Mental then also prevents Hero damage from being increased. Another makes it so Heroes cannot use powers, but at the end of their turn that may play a card. Also, I think most (if not all) her Ongoings have an alternate means of destruction.
They just have a Nemesis Icon. An example being that The Naturalist, Ambuscade, Professor Pollution, and Equity all of The Naturalist's nemesis icon. So if Professor Pollution deals damage to Mister Fixer, but thanks to Driving Mantis it is redirected to Ambuscade, it will be increased.
