Hah. I can see it, how the ‘head’ looks like the front of a train.
In mildly related news, a series of unfortunate events meant that I’d not touched my decks in a few weeks. I just opened my deck box in order to look at Flak Cannon and the familiar sensation of my fingers flipping through the decks brought a smile to my face.
FrightTrain? Makes sense, I suppose… I wonder if that thing is stuck on his head. It kinda looks like he barely has a head. So I’m guessing all of these background villains have names? But I doubt they’ll come into play (except for the Other Heroes). I’m still curious about the man in a hippo costume on Haka’s “Savage Mana” card. At what point when someone is turning evil do they decide “Hey, you know what I’m gonna wear? A hippo costume. That’ll strike fear into the hearts of people!” At least Haka put him in his place.
Maybe that was during the after school special where the heroes talk to the kids about staying in school so they can have a good career and don’t have to work wearing a hippo costume.
Don't forget guys, Visionary's whole point is to stop Legacy from going all Jack the Ripper. Hopefully she can stop whatever it is that kills Young Legacy.
That being said, it Young Legacy might not be the reason he goes nutso. He has a wife and other kids, right? What if something happened to them?
As far as the Freedom 6 goes, there are more than a few cards out there with Ra and Legacy together. I wouldn’t be surprised if he joins up.
I'm not so sure about that. I'm thinking his wife has already died or maybe split up since the GTG folks wouldn't reveal anything about her. Unless I missed the information about her. Nor do I recall anything ever being stated about other kids.
Maybe Haka is the #6? Visionary's Prophetic Vision card shows Tachyon, Haka, and Wraith clearly together (and in trouble, from the looks of it). So thats, 2 members of the current FF associated with Haka in a futuristic vision thing. Doesn't necessarily mean anything, but could be.
I feel the easiest additions to the Freedom Five would be Unity (who already works with them as an intern or something) and Tempest. However, after losing his arm, who's to say what he's up to. Megalopolis was saved and Voss turned away (for now), so maybe he went off in search of anything else his people may have brought with them and survived.
And hippos, like keyholes, are, indeed, a menace. Also, commas.
