It was only like the 3rd turn. Essentially Dawn on Megalopolis, Blinding Blast and one of the citizens (sweat, maybe? I forgot… makes you discard cards), left some charcters with no cards in hand.
Traffic Pileup came out, then Paparazzi.
Nobody had any cards they could play that dealt any direct damage, or any straight out environment kill cards, can’t draw cards, cant use powers, can’t get rid of either of those effects… game?
