I reckon they're rejecting it for the filthy things contained in this expansion. Killing Innocent Bystanders and mutating people into rats through toxic waste is fine, but a barely visible cigarette? That's grounds to shut this whole thing down!

If people haven't stopped already, one more reason isn't going to do much.
I have an ipad because there are games and other apps that I love that I can't get on Android.
Even if I had the spare money to buy an Android device (clue: I really don't) it would be a huge waste to rebuy so many apps. And I'd need to rebuy SotM and the season pass. I'd lose my Sentinels "history", and we know that stats are being collected for future use.
So no. I'll continue to use Apple.
