After getting my Infernal Relics expansion at PAX, I pulled the cards out, put them in the Enhanced box and just let the box sit next to Rook City and the original box for a while. I didn't want to throw them out, because I love the art on them, but I had no real use for them, either. As we all know, they're pretty terrible for actually holding cards. So, I came up with a solution. I drilled holes in the back of the box, put in some screws--held in place by nuts--and wrapped a short length of wire around the screws.

That way, I was able to hang them up on my wall with a certain amount of artful placement, just for fun.

No longer taking up space, and I get to enjoy the art on them. Victory!
My original sentinels box is full of bills and other mail, and will remain that way for now. As for my rook city and Infernal Relics... I'm getting back into game design and I will need storage for my homebrew creations.
They're just sitting there. The boxes are tight enough on their own that I'm not worried about the tops ever falling off. Theoretically, I could store stuff in them, but I haven't tested that yet.
Started working on this, myself. Something to consider: I cut holes in the backs to better allow the hangers to fit behind the boxes and allow them to be flush with the wall.
(Because my original box was a little dinged up from use, I took a Sharpie to the edges of the front. Can't really notice from a distance unless you're looking for it. )
