With e3 starting this week, what games are you excited for? Should Handelabra do an E3 presentation even if it just turns out to be something crazy like their sentinels of the multiverse the video game the board game presentation?
i am probably most excited to see some footage of dungeon defenders 2. Great little indie game, even if the online community can be jerks at time. Also excited to see some ps4 exclusives, (possibly new infamous), assassins creed syndicate (because I didn't get my fill of killing the British in revolution), and hopefully an announcement from rocksteady on what superhero they want to tackle next now that they are done with batman. Possibly elder scrolls 6 but looks like we are getting fallout 4 instead.
And yes I think Handelabra should have an E3 presentation just because I think it would be a fun presentation to watch.
I would be excited for the Nintendo part but since the Wii U has been a flop, and still over priced for being a flop, I can only get excited if they announce a new system. They are pretty much in a corner and going to have to come out with something with current gen specks before to long
mario maker: looks insane to play. Worry is on length of time to make a level and the status on Wii U and how there isn't much reason to buy it in my opinion.
bethdesa showcase: doom looks good but not my cup of tea. Dishonored I am excited for but need to play the first one before I know for sure if I care about it. Fallout 4 looks like a lot of fun and it's great that it will be out In November. Love elder scrolls so this may be up my alley but not sure how much I care about the first person shooter aspect, never been a big fan but may give it a try once the price drops or just get fallout 3. Elder scrolls was my biggest disappointment. Was hoping for news on 6 but with online just coming out it appears they wanted to focus on that. Also disappointed we didn't get more details on the first expansion since game has been out for a year at this point on pc but for the time being the few clips I did see cant wait. Going to check out the fallout iPad game when it comes out later tonight called fallout shelter since it's completely free.
Ultimately so far everything I have seen looks good. Nothing yet that will ultimately end up on my Christmas list as must haves but a couple that I would dig out of the bargain bin later down the road or rent to try it out. So I will give the day a B overall. Lots to see tomorrow, mainly the important shows like Sony, ubisoft and electronic arts. May check out the less important ones like Microsoft just because sometimes they show off stuff that will be on the better system aka ps4 later down the road
So Microsoft had their stuff and surprisingly turned out decent. Highlights include backwards capability coming, rare collection aka 30 games for 30 dollars and all of them are great games. Hololens looks like another gimmick that will go no where. Tomb raider looks great, can't wait for it to come home where it belongs on the ps4. Plants vs zombies 2 also looks great and the first one was a hidden gem of the early ps4 days imo. So what does everyone else thing. Will post about the other conferences later
