We've known this for some time now and a recent comment on bgg (http://boardgamegeek.com/article/14956846#14956846) by arenson got me thinking about this again.
Have we ever had an answer as to why card art and quote are not aligned for some cards?
Do we know which cards don't have matching art and quote?
The follow up question would be, will there be a future printing in which all cards have matching art and quote? We've seen the enhanced edition update some of the art, so will it happen again in the future (perhaps across all expansions)?
I think (and hope) that there will be a "final" version of the entire Sentinels card game once all the expansions and mini-expansions are done. This final version will feature every card with matching art and quote.
Platform Bot and its flavor text do not match. I remember Christopher confirmed that one. I can't recall any others off the top of my head but they certainly exist and are quite frequent.
I'm not sure if they will ever release a "corrected" version, that just seems like too much extra printing. If they wanted everything to line up they would have made them thagt way to begin with
