I would like to collect the official copies of all the old promos. Unfortunately some of them are only available on Ebay in the $100+ dollar range. I know I can print copies and use them at home but since its a casual game but I kind of would like to support the company and get actual copies. Have they ever posted a stance on whether they will reprint and sell them or not?
After all expansions have been released, they plan on compiling all promos and making an unlimited print run of them.
And avoid ebay route. You have no idea if they will be original or not. Artscow sells really good custom cards and with the promo artwork available for download, someone can easily print up some fakes. If you really want an original, your best bet is get hooked up with someone on these forums.

Well I'm missing these:
Young Legacy
Ra: Horus
Eternal Haka
Wraith: Rook City
Is there a place on here where people trade them?
Honestly, I'd just print them up at your local Kinkos equivalent. It cost me about $6 to print everything up to Super Scientific Tachyon (my first real varient). They can even do two-sided. Or if you have a color printer, you can print your own and slide them into sleeves.
And Young Legacy is a tough one. >G autions them at conventions for a pretty penny (for charity, or course).

If you don't care if they're "fake" or not, it's pretty easy to get them printed by a company like Printer's Studio or Artscow.
Some of mine are from Printer's Studio because I wasn't around early for the Kickstarters and living in the UK I can't get to the conventions where I could have earned them. As far as I'm concerned, they are perfectly fine and of course they "work" (as does scrawling the base power and incap abilities on a piece of paper!) I might well buy the pack once it's released, but for now I'm good.
Yeah dude, I’m with you. My first real promo was Super Scientific Tachyon, aside from a few promos I bought and the Freedom Six because I have awesome friends. You know who you are!
But for the rest, I went with Artscow. They work just fine, trust me. The picky part of me wants the real thing, but that’s because I’m picky. They function perfectly fine and you can see the artwork perfectly.
Honestly, unless you're really serious about the collection aspect, a printed Young Legacy is likely to be BETTER than a "real" one. You can get better cardstock than the flimsy thing it was originally printed on.
Another option is to gather together a couple people to buy missing promos together (you're missing x,y, z; I'm missing x,y,z, and a,b,c kind of thing). Since artscow prints 52 and you need four cards, you could put out a call to see who needs what and build a full deck then split it up among people. You just need to handle the shipping once you've received the artscow deck.

I'm not too concerned with the print quality, so I printed out a set of promo cards for home use. You can find PDF versions of the promo cards on Spiff's site. The hero promos fit easily onto Avery 8164 labels and I just stuck them onto some old Magic: the Gathering land cards. The prmo villains are oversized though, so I printed on regular paper, then cut and glued them onto comic book backing boards.
Works fine for me until GtG published their promised deck of promos & alts, then I'll pick up the official ones.
Regular-sized versions of the promo villains are also available for those who prefer them, but I forget where I got mine from! I did have to edit the ones I downloaded because Cosmitron was missing a keyword and there was a typo on the rules card...
Mine are in B/W as I didn't have access to a color printer. They work.
When I first started playing on G+ I had exactly zero promo cards. Whenever I was randomly assigned a promo hero that I hadn't played yet the other guys told me the power and I wrote it down for future reference. I literally played with a sheet of scrap paper with the powers handwritten on them in pencil until I had them memorised.
It was only months later that I actually started sourcing physical cards.
http://www.artscow.com/gallery/playing-cards/sentinels-promos-iii-with-all-promo-villians-enk3kmjtpnbd I'll go ahead and post a link to the same order I purchased. It's a fair price for a deck of cards, but it takes a while to ship to the States since it's an Asian webstore. But it was worth the money for me. Keep in mind this doesn't include Super Scientific Tachyon or Kvothe, but I'm sure people will add those along wth the Prime Wardens + KNYFE.
Edit: I'm sure people can actually add SST and Kvothe themselves easily enough. There should be a feature to add any desired artwork.
When you got your cards, did they have the proper rounded corners? I'm looking at this for the cauldron as well. Much better price.
Yes, everything looked and felt like the real thing.
Two things I did notice was a slightly thin black border on the top, and there was a variation of quality throughout (different quality scans, for example). But it certainly works for me just fine. DW Fixer was printed really dark, to name an instance of worse quality. And no, that's not an observation of his race.
Not race: temperament. He is a VERY dark character.
Yeah you have to watch him.
Hue hue hue.
Ha! Indeed, sir.
