Working on a supplemental Sentinels book

Well... since that was just an hour, I must have missed it.

I think the count is five. And yeah, the last couple didn't last long ;).

What the why?

Well, it's probably not something that should be given more attention by us lot all talking about it again (not to mention it's gonna end up derailing the thread ;)), but I'll PM you with details about it :).

I just finished fixing errors, and submitted the file to BGG.

If you like it, please give it a thumbs up!

(That said, the Google link at the top should always point to the most up-to-date version).

I'll give it here the same degree of attention I gave it on Twitter last week. For the first time ever, I have put somebody into my "blocked" list at BGG. It's that individual.

I have always found BGG to be a community that puts a lot of effort into being positive and awesome, the occasional thread or two excepted. I cried a bit inside that night.

*Massive update for Villains of the Multiverse, Including pullout*

Google Docs - PDF

As always, please check for mistakes and omissions and let me know what should be fixed!

...And Im still missing official text on the Enclave and the Capital...

Also, do I have to get banned in order for people here to give a crap about what I'm doing?

I can only see the first page on my ipad, so haven't been able to comment on it.

I care very much about what you are doing.

. . .

What are you doing?

I really love this - thank you very much for making it and sharing it! I haven't had time to look at it in detail (and probably won't for a while), but if I can I definitely will.

Why are the pages ordered in a strange order?

It's Omnitron sheanigans again.

In the world of Dischord?

Yeah it looks great, but the order is confusing as others have said

The order is there so that you print it out, and make it into a book, putting the pages on top of each other (some upside down), then folding.

I figured

That's what i thought, but it makes viewing on tablets troublesome. Since I can view PDFs on my iPad through iBooks, is it possible to make a "e-book version? Each page of the book is it's own page in the e-book?

Also, I don't know if this is slated in a ne wupdate, but a table of contents would be awesome!

I am loving this book! It's coming along nicely!

Most pdf readers can automatically print in booklet form, so there's no need for the weird layout.

I personally would like to read it on ipad, since I hate printing things out when it's not necessary. This format forces you to print it if you want to read it comfortably, so I second the request for a standard one-page-per-page pdf.

Right! So, if you were to submit the file to a document printing service (I use Staples), the sheets will nest perfectly, as-is, into a booklet just like the official ones. If you took the staples out of a comic (or a Sentinels booklet) and separated the leaves, you would find the exact same thing.

You will also notice that the paper size is 11 X 17 ". That's so once you trim it, it is the exact size as the official books! (8.5 X 11 " is too small).

Thanks for checking it out!

Coming up. Check back tomorrow!
