Okay, let's stop. At this point this has devolved pretty far from a useful conversation, and is so far off topic as to be inappropriate even for these forums.
The reality is we can't have home-brewed creations on the site. At some time this will likely change, but for now we have the BGG links posted above to facilitate such contributions.
Feel free to discuss anything else that's appropriately related to home-brewed creations, but lets drop the theoreticals of why it's not allowed here and the societal impacts (if there are any) of such decisions. Sorry to be a hassle, but seriously, Spiff pointed out this was going to happen…

So, over at BGG there is a thread about making a christmas vilain decka nd environment deck.
I think it could be a really cool fan creation for the holidays.
If anyone is interested go check it out.
I think it would be cool to get it together and playtest it so that it was an actually cool little holiday comic based thing.
