Anubis

When a hero is reduced to 0 HP and incapacitated, is that considered "destroying" their character card for game purposes?  Specifically I'm thinking of Anubis's punishment damage whenever a card is destroyed.  If no other acts of destruction happens during a turn in which is a hero being put down, does Anubis deal damage?  If other acts do occur, but hero incapacitation is first, it might still matter when Anubis fires, for the sake of multiple "highest HP hero" hits possibly changing targets.

Okay, a different Anubis question then.  If Judgment of Anubis is played, but Anubis is neither in the deck nor the trash (for instance, he got in Haka's belly for some Savage Mana), Anubis is not in play, so presumably he can't deal 2 damage to each target?  The Judgment doesn't have a Ra nemesis symbol (and even if it did, it wouldn't be a target and that can matter for some damage prevention sources), so I gather that the card is not authorized to deal damage on Anubis's behalf in his absence.

Judgement of Anubis does not do damage itself, it has Anubis deal the damage. It sounds to me like your interpretation is correct.

Seconded.
