We Americans feel the same way about bacon. Canadians can have their syrup and their Mounties, but I'll be damned if they take our bacon.
Do they steal American bacon?
So as this thread is about Villain difficulty ratings, where would you rate a villain who had the card
Baconator
Oneshot
Either lose the game or all players must agree to give up eating bacon forever. Players caught eating bacon after agreeing are never allowed to play Sentinels again.
?
It'd take around 13 hours to get there (and that's a long way for us over here), but yes, I could access it. It'd require two bus journeys, three train journeys, one ferry crossing, and a walk that would likely take me an hour, since by the time I got off the ferry all the local buses would have stopped running for the night. And the distillery would be closed, so I'd end up sitting on the doorstep until someone came to open up in the morning.
Worth it? Possibly. Possibly.
Apart from anything else, Islay's one of the most beautiful places in the world.
No. However no one should claim such a delious and universal food for their own
Baconator is the most despicable card I have ever seen!
This is no longer in the playtesting forum, so please keep that in mind. No spoilers are present at this time, however.
Oh no! People will see how the playtesting forum discusses their business!
Wait, there are non-playtesting forums?
Oh, so I can [redact] things again?
As you can see, non-playtesters, we're all hard at work doing serious business over in Playtester-land.
So Baconor needs a comprehensive nerf, from irreducible artery damage to "Real Breakfast of Champions" everything is just way too strong.
On the other hand Captain Bacon is just wrong. "Artisanal Bacon Salad Bowl?" I mean really, the power is incredibly weak, and the artwork is just distasteful. "Attack of the Bacon Replicants" is a horrible comic name, I just don't get where this character is coming from. Every team he's on gets butchered, and that's if the players have the heart to see it through to the conclusion.
At least we got the extra five letters added to the beginning of the card name. It was way worse before that.
Oh noes, I feel puns coming on!
I used to be obsessed with bacon. But now I've been cured.
Come now. Be rasher-nal.
Stop being such hams
But if you're going to do it, you might as well go the whole hog.
You never go full hog. Everyone knows that.
Although I think it's acceptable to go hog to mouth in the heat of the moment.
