Everything's pretty much set in stone at this point, anyway. Everything that was announced on the kickstarter is what we get.
Hmm? The Create-A-Character last year was about Tactics, not the card game. That hasn't been set in stone anywhere that I've seen.
(To their credit, they were also pretty vague about whether or not they would do it this year.)
