Drawing Cards vs Bunker's Recharge Mode

I did a statistical analysis of Bunker's Recharge Mode vs other hero cards that particularly focus on drawing cards as the main function of the card.  I was trying to figure out mathematically why I never play Recharge Mode.  So attached is an Excel file with the breakdown.

If it worked like Mist Form giving damage immunity it might see more play.

It's an oft repeated statment, don't go comparing hero cards to other hero cards from a different deck, the heroes fill different roles and so their cards are not directly comparable as they need to do different things.

The real reason to play Recharge Mode is NOT the extra cards. It's the -1 damage. With Armor Plating and Recharge Mode Bunker has a -2. Very few heroes can set up a -2 DR. Against some villains (Matirarch, Vengance Team) that is the difference between winning and losing.

True, no one likes sitting around drawing cards. That's probably the bigger reason why Recharge Mode is not played more.

Playing Gattling Gun or the Omni Cannon before Recharge Mode lets you still contribute while you super tank.

Then again, if you have your Omni-Cannon out as well, you can be charging that up with all the cards you're drawing, ready to nuke something with it later once you've got half your deck stashed away, the villain is nearly dead, or something just really needs to die right now ;).

Also Gatling gun. You can do 2 damage a turn, build up for an Omni-Cannon, and still tank. It's pretty cool.

The recharge mode section says he is losing 2 phases on his first turn. However since Recharge Mode also gives damage reduction of 1, wouldn't that mean only the Power Phase is lost, as his play gave him a benefit outside of only drawing cards? It's equal to playing Heavy Plating and using Initialize in the same turn, the only difference is following round, where Bunker can draw 3 if Recharge Mode is in play.

Mistform also provides a gameplay benefit outside of just drawing cards.

Also Prayer of Desperation. It is possible to draw 0 cards from it.

Kill On Sight, perhaps a note stating that the target actually has to be removed from play to gain the benefits of the drawing?

Supply Crate seems to be under the assumption that Unity is able to use a power, either by already having a COnstruction Pylon or Modular Workbench in play, another option being she destroys someone else's equipment card. If none of these conditions are able to be met, then she would be losing her Power Phase as well. Brainstorm also falls under this.
