My main question which was raised with Jemsk during play last weekend is does a card drawn as a result as an End of Turn count as being as in play at the end of the turn, or does it not count as played until after the turn? We played the latter.
And unless we're missing something there's no such thing as End of Turn card priority - that it's up to the players to determine the order in which End of Turn effects are carried out.
Cards are played during the end-of-turn, and they would trigger end-of-turn effects if they have them.
The players cannot choose the order. All cards are carried out in the order that they entered play. So if there are multiple cards out with end-of-turn effects, they will go into effect in the order that they were played.
The bit that causes confusion is that if things appear to happen simultaneously, they don't, and you can choose the order they happen in. Example: a single card hits all targets for damage, you choose the order the damage is applied in. But cards themselves are still resolved in the order they were played.
